Messrs traders, I studied at Alpari – basically the training was good, but our teacher made a casual mention that the fifth decimal place of this company exists for better deposit control and so on. At first I was glad, I thought that the company takes care of its clients and all that stuff...but deposits were melting in front of my very eyes. When I bought an indicator for $1920-it all got better...but it turned out that the issue was all about that very fifth decimal place!!! MOST of indicators at Alpari lie!!!For example, download the terminal of the dealer center with NORMAL rates and install a good indicator-its readings will be quite different. So, traders, think why Alpari needs the 5th decimal place. I do not name my new dealer center-this is not an advertisement, but I can tell that I successfully work at another dealer center and my indicator does not let me down!!!

Awful technical support!!! I could not enter my personal account, though I enter password correctly, I even tried to copy it - nothing. I had to wait for them in the chat for a very long time, and they did not answer me at all. I decided to call them, and I had the impression that they don’t care about problems of their clients, or their employees are very inexperienced. I explained the situation to them, and they didn’t say anything concrete. And the problem was solved by itself, I had a system failure.
